CUOnline Terms and Conditions — Rules That Keep Things Fair

1. General Terms

CUOnline operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform providing services to registered members. CUOnline may request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.

Each person is permitted to hold one CUOnline account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, payment method, or household — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, CUOnline reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bets, winnings, or bonus funds held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. CUOnline may carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any later point, and may request supporting documents such as a CNIC, passport, or proof of payment method.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

CUOnline supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 50. Deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.

All funds in your CUOnline balance are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversions applied at any stage of depositing, playing, or withdrawing. The balance shown in your account at all times accurately reflects the PKR amount available to you.

4. Sports Betting Rules

• In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has already been determined may be voided
• Match abandonment rules: bets on abandoned fixtures are settled per the applicable sport rules

CUOnline takes match-fixing and sports corruption seriously. Any account found to be placing bets with knowledge of fixed outcomes, or engaging in any form of betting manipulation, will be permanently closed. All associated winnings will be voided and may be reported to the relevant sporting body.

5. Casino and Slots Rules
